On motion for rehearing, we withdraw our previous opinion. The following is now the opinion of the court. Eddie Lee Sadler appeals his conviction of involuntary manslaughter, for which the trial court assessed punishment at four years confinement. The court suspended appellants sentence and place him on probation for four years.
